Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2026 AI product strategy, aligning with emerging trends in generative AI and neuromorphic computing
- Lead cross-functional teams of ML engineers, ethicists, and UX designers to deliver breakthrough AI applications
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment, ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory standards
- Forge strategic partnerships with quantum computing pioneers and academic research institutions
- Drive innovation through annual hackathons and incubation programs for experimental AI prototypes
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board members, securing funding for moonshot projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML product leadership, with proven experience scaling enterprise AI solutions
- Deep expertise in quantum computing applications, neuromorphic engineering, or generative AI architectures
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics or technical journals (NeurIPS, Nature AI, etc.)
- Strong background in building diverse, high-performing technical teams across global locations
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field, or equivalent industry breakthrough achievements
- Experience securing $10M+ in AI research grants or venture funding
- Certification in AI governance frameworks (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
