Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance distributed systems tailored for the 2026 Initiative's specific computational needs.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision for the 2026 project, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging AI paradigms.
- System Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, focusing on latency reduction, throughput maximization, and energy efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Risk Management: Identify potential bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities in the architectural framework and implement robust mitigation strategies.
- Pilot Programs: Spearhead the deployment of pilot architectures to test feasibility and gather performance metrics for future scaling.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure or high-scale distributed systems.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and navigate technical debt in legacy systems.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
