Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term strategic goals and the emerging trends of 2026.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Identify, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge technologies (AI, Quantum, AR/VR) to gain a competitive market advantage.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee a portfolio of research and development initiatives to ensure high ROI on innovation investments.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-level technology initiatives.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment and retention of top-tier engineering talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Ensure that all new technological implementations adhere to the highest standards of data security and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, including 5+ years in a C-suite or VP-level position.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives and forecasting technology trends.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI architectures, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and quantum computing fundamentals.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
