Key Objectives:

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI strategy and technical vision for the company leading up to 2026.
- Lead the architecture and design of complex machine learning systems, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Oversee the research and development of novel algorithms and AI models.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and design.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI standards and data privacy regulations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale AI projects from conception to production.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies.
- Familiarity with ethical AI practices and responsible data governance.
