Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architectural design for AGI models, ensuring scalability, reliability, and ethical alignment.
- Define and implement the technical roadmap for integrating quantum hardware with classical software stacks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, data scientists, and engineers to solve complex computational problems.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and establish best practices for high-performance computing environments.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and system architecture audits to ensure security and performance standards.
- Predict future technology trends and integrate them into the long-term product strategy.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field; equivalent industry experience is highly valued.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in leading high-scale AI or distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Proficiency in low-level languages such as Rust, C++, or CUDA for high-performance computing.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex technical projects from inception to deployment.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
