Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define and oversee the long-term strategic vision for technology adoption, focusing on emerging trends such as AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
- Conduct Strategic Foresight: Analyze macroeconomic and technological shifts to identify opportunities and threats, providing quarterly foresight reports to the executive board.
- Prototype Future Solutions: Work with R&D and engineering teams to build proof-of-concepts for futuristic technologies relevant to our product ecosystem.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives, product managers, and marketing teams to align technological capabilities with business goals.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global competitors and industry leaders to benchmark our innovation strategies against the best in the world.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Nexus Horizon at industry conferences, publishing articles and speaking engagements on the future of tech in 2026.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive leadership within the tech industry.
- Tech Stack Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Blockchain, IoT, and Cloud Architecture.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into concrete business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and pivot strategies quickly.
