Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and oversee the technical vision for the 2026 platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- System Design: Design scalable, high-availability distributed systems capable of handling massive data throughput.
- Technology Roadmap: Lead the selection and integration of emerging technologies (e.g., quantum-ready infrastructure, advanced ML frameworks) to stay ahead of the curve.
- Code Review & Standards: Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and performance optimization.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive consensus on architectural decisions.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or principal architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of low-latency systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Future-Ready: Demonstrated interest or experience in AI/ML infrastructure and next-gen computing paradigms.
