Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Horizon 2026 technology roadmap, aligning long-term vision with quarterly deliverables.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies—such as autonomous agents and quantum encryption—demonstrating high adoption potential by 2026.
- Lead the integration of predictive AI models into core infrastructure to ensure competitive advantage.
- Establish governance frameworks for the ethical deployment of futuristic technologies.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to prototype solutions for the 2026 landscape.
- Communicate complex futuristic concepts to executive stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, preferably in a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment.
- Demonstrated ability to forecast industry trends 3–5 years into the future with high accuracy.
- Deep technical background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through disruptive technological shifts.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating a vision for 2026 to diverse audiences.
