Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging trends across biotechnology, AI ethics, space economics, and climate resilience to inform strategic planning
- Develop scenario-based models predicting market disruptions through 2030
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-facing products and services
- Present foresight frameworks to investors, partners, and government entities
- Establish Horizon Dynamics as a thought leader through white papers and conference keynotes
- Oversee the Horizon 2026 innovation incubator program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent field with 10+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented initiatives in Fortune 500 or tech scale-ups
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, nanotech, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, etc.)
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic pivots
