Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service including check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservation systems and guest inquiries via phone/in-person
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Operate PMS (Property Management System) and hotel technology
- Assist with luggage handling and valet services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
