Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas using industry-standard protocols
- Operate commercial-grade laundry equipment and manage linen inventory
- Restock amenities and supplies to maintain premium guest experience
- Report maintenance issues promptly to facility management
- Adhere to safety and security procedures during overnight shifts
- Collaborate with security team for building access and guest services
- Maintain detailed cleaning logs and quality control documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional supply runs)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of EPA-approved cleaning chemicals
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must pass background check and drug screening
