Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, or valet operations
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas to 5-star standards
- Process check-ins/checkouts efficiently using hotel management systems
- Coordinate with maintenance and food service teams for seamless operations
- Uphold strict safety and sanitation protocols per CDC guidelines
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Complete daily shift reports and inventory documentation
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license (for valet positions)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
