Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist guests with seamless check-in/check-out processes
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room assignments for weekend occupancy
- Resolve guest inquiries with proactive solutions and local recommendations
- Maintain pristine front desk and lobby areas per brand standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for immediate issue resolution
- Process payments and accurately manage cash handling procedures
- Uphold safety protocols and emergency response procedures
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays) with flexible scheduling
- Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera/Marriott experience a plus)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Kansas driver's license for local errands (if required)
- Basic knowledge of Wichita attractions and transportation
