Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Change bed linens, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and sanitize surfaces according to strict hygiene protocols.
- Restock toiletries, amenities, and cleaning supplies to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the maintenance team promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety, security, and health regulations.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and fellow staff members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
