Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine room cleanliness and sanitization standards
- Manage inventory of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies
- Address guest requests promptly during night hours
- Operate commercial laundry equipment efficiently
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Document maintenance issues for day team follow-up
- Collaborate with security team for guest safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid Massachusetts work permit (if applicable)
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail in high-pressure environments
- Basic English communication skills
- Knowledge of green cleaning practices preferred
