- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure buy-in for long-term R&D investments and innovation projects.
- Establish KPIs and success metrics to evaluate the progress of future tech initiatives and adjust strategies dynamically.
- Oversee the talent acquisition strategy for specialized future-tech roles, ensuring the team is future-ready.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or product development within a high-growth environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in forecasting market trends and translating them into actionable business roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing trends leading into 2026.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
