Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Horizon 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning R&D with long-term business goals.
- Lead a high-performance cross-functional team of futurists, data scientists, and engineers.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Blockchain) for potential integration.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to stay ahead of the curve.
- Develop white papers and thought leadership content to establish the company as an industry authority.
- Oversee the budget allocation for futuristic research initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of strategic foresight and trend analysis.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging tech stacks.
- Experience managing large budgets and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Masterās degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex tech concepts for diverse stakeholders.
