Responsibilities

- Design and lead strategic innovation initiatives in quantum computing, AI, or biotech domains
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic technologies into product pipelines
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Lead innovation workshops that foster disruptive thinking across technical and non-technical teams
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of experience
- Proven track record in forecasting technology trends and translating them into actionable strategies
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and innovation management experience in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Deep understanding of technology commercialization pathways and market adoption cycles
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences including investors and technical teams
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AI) strongly preferred
