Responsibilities

- R&D Leadership: Oversee the Future Tech lab, managing pilots for emerging technologies before market saturation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex future tech concepts into actionable business strategies for executive leadership.
- Talent Development: Build and mentor a team of futurists, data scientists, and strategic planners.
- Partnerships: Forge alliances with research institutions and tech pioneers to gain early access to breakthrough innovations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years in senior leadership roles within technology strategy, product management, or R&D.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of forecasting industry shifts and successfully implementing long-term strategies.
