Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the technical vision for our 2026 product ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging market trends.
- System Architecture: Design and implement robust, fault-tolerant microservices architectures capable of handling high-scale AI workloads.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering squad, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Continuously research and evaluate cutting-edge technologies (e.g., advanced neural networks, edge computing) to integrate them into our core infrastructure.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, large language models, and neural network architectures.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
