Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technological vision aligned with 2026 market trends
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI, blockchain, and biotech integration
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants and venture partnerships
- Present futuristic concepts to C-suite and industry stakeholders
- Manage a 15-person innovation lab with cutting-edge resources
- Drive patent development for at least 3 breakthrough technologies
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on next-gen research projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech with 5+ years in strategic futurism or CTO roles
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Proven track record scaling tech innovations to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology
- Experience with DARPA or NASA technology roadmapping
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
