Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our long-term business goals and prepares the organization for the technological landscape of 2026.
- Lead Innovation: Identify, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Native) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Technical Architecture: Oversee the design and deployment of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems infrastructure.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into strategic insights for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Roadmap Management: Prioritize development initiatives and manage the technology roadmap to deliver value efficiently and on time.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all systems adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for data security.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a Director or VP-level role.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate technological trends and integrate them into business strategies.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), microservices, and large-scale software development.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges and make high-stakes decisions under pressure.
- Agile Experience: Extensive experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies.
