Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at the front desk, check-ins/check-outs
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and common areas
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for conferences and weddings
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Operate reservation systems and process payments
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams

Qualifications
