Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a smile, ensuring a positive first impression upon arrival.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management systems.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries via email or in-person promptly.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Handle guest complaints or requests with patience and a problem-solving mindset to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and food & beverage departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Support special events and VIP services as required by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; prior hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish is highly preferred in our Miami location.
