Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive front desk and concierge services
- Maintain spotless guest rooms and public areas following industry standards
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using our property management system
- Assist with event setup, catering support, and banquet operations
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a friendly, solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide comprehensive paid training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Valid Arizona driver's license preferred (for some roles)
