Responsibilities
- Greet and assist hotel guests with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations and respond to guest inquiries via phone/email
- Maintain clean, organized public areas (lobbies, restrooms, etc.)
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and operate POS systems
- Assist with luggage and valet services
- Support event setup and conference operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Positive attitude and customer service mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy (email, POS systems)
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Valid Washington State Food Handler’s Card (provided if needed)
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly
- No prior experience required—training provided!
