Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests, including check-in and check-out procedures
- Assist with managing reservations and handling guest inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and order in public areas and guest rooms
- Operate hotel systems such as point-of-sale (POS) and reservation software
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
