Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accurate data entry and billing processing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage front desk operations during assigned shifts, including phone coverage, mail handling, and reception duties.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and lobby area to ensure a professional environment.
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, and local recommendations.
- Adhere to all company safety and security protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not required for entry-level roles.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays (Shift Work).
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 25 lbs).
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
