Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival with a smile, ensuring a professional and welcoming first impression that embodies our brand values.
- Operations Management: Efficiently manage check-in, check-out processes, and room assignments using our state-of-the-art Property Management System (PMS).
- Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and reservation details.
- Service Delivery: Process payments accurately and address guest requests or complaints with patience and efficiency, escalating issues when necessary to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Administrative Support: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby, manage guest files, and assist with data entry and filing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the property is pristine and that guest needs are met immediately.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for attitude and aptitude; prior hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn hotel management software.
- Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
