Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of residential properties including kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas
- Change linens and make beds with hospital-grade precision
- Organize and declutter spaces while respecting client belongings
- Use eco-friendly cleaning products and proper sanitation techniques
- Report maintenance issues and inventory needs to management
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists for consistent quality
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience required – we train!
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to various job sites in San Jose
- Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding service
- Basic English communication skills for client interactions
