Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Change linens, make beds, and restock household supplies (toiletries, towels, etc.)
- Operate professional-grade cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to client-specific cleaning preferences and quality standards
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs
- Follow company protocols for safety, sanitation, and eco-friendly practices
- Communicate effectively with clients and team supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to client locations
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
