Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms/kitchens
- Change linens, make beds, and organize living spaces to client specifications
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and eco-friendly cleaning standards
- Maintain detailed cleaning logs and communicate with team leads
- Represent the company with professionalism and discretion at all client locations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Pass background check and drug screening (mandatory)
- Basic English proficiency for client communication
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
