Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties including kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas
- Change linens, make beds, and organize bedrooms to hotel standards
- Use eco-friendly cleaning products and maintain proper inventory of supplies
- Follow detailed checklists to ensure consistent quality across all homes
- Report maintenance issues and inventory needs to management
- Adapt cleaning methods to client preferences and property specifications
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professional boundaries with clients
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional service
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours including some weekends
- No prior cleaning experience required – training provided!
