Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of residential properties including kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas
- Change linens, make beds, and organize household items to client specifications
- Use eco-friendly cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and inventory needs to management promptly
- Adhere to company standards for hygiene, safety, and client confidentiality
- Complete daily cleaning checklists with attention to detail

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Reliable transportation and valid California driver's license
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic English proficiency for client communication
- Pass background check and drug screening

- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
