Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of residential properties including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure consistent quality standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and restock as needed
- Operate professional-grade equipment (vacuums, steam cleaners, etc.) safely
- Report maintenance issues or property damage to the supervisor
- Maintain professional appearance and punctuality for all scheduled shifts

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Reliable transportation to client locations across New Orleans
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management and ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Pass background check and drug screening
