Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine cleanliness standards in residential properties following detailed checklists
- Perform deep cleaning tasks including sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces
- Manage inventory and restock cleaning supplies efficiently across assigned properties
- Operate professional-grade cleaning equipment and adhere to safety protocols
- Report maintenance issues and property concerns to management promptly
- Adapt to flexible shift schedules including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Deliver exceptional customer service while respecting client privacy and property
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly
