Responsibilities
- Execute Thorough Cleaning: Perform comprehensive cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas to the highest standards of hygiene and aesthetics.
- Bed Making & Amenities: Ensure all beds are made to hotel standards with fresh linens and properly stocked amenities for every guest.
- Restock Supplies: Regularly check and replenish guest room supplies, including toiletries, towels, and cleaning products.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and promptly report any maintenance issues or damages within the rooms to the maintenance department.
- Guest Experience: Maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor, ensuring a spotless environment for our valued guests.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
