Responsibilities
- Cleaning Duties: Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Sanitization: Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and cleaned according to health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Bedmaking: Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize restrooms thoroughly, restock supplies, and ensure fixtures are free of streaks and grime.
- Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Inventory: Check and maintain an adequate supply of cleaning chemicals and linens in assigned areas.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; no prior experience necessary (entry-level friendly).
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Reliability: Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential for shift work.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
