Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Make beds, replace linens, dust furniture, and ensure bathrooms are spotless.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, soap, towels, and mini-bar items.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or shortages immediately.
- Follow all health and safety protocols and strict hotel housekeeping policies.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
