Responsibilities
- Cleaning Duties: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Sanitization: Follow strict protocols to sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and high-touch areas.
- Maintenance: Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and strip and wax floors as directed.
- Restocking: Replace used linens, toiletries, and amenities (soap, shampoo, coffee) to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Organization: Keep cleaning carts organized and restock supplies efficiently throughout the shift.
- Reporting: Report any maintenance issues or missing items to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Reliability: Must be dependable and punctual for all scheduled shifts.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure every corner is spotless.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings as required.
- High School Diploma: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not mandatory for entry-level applicants.
