Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to meet high standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all toiletries and amenities are restocked.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish furniture, fixtures, and floors.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the property.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items to management immediately.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while interacting with clients and staff.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and cleaning protocols strictly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and push heavy carts.
