Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of entire homes including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces and maintain hygiene standards in all zones
- Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and ironing
- Organize closets, pantries, and storage spaces to client specifications
- Restock household supplies and maintain inventory logs
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly
- Adapt to special requests for pet care, event preparation, or seasonal deep cleaning
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional housekeeping experience in residential settings
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Physical stamina for extended standing, bending, and lifting (up to 30 lbs)
- Expert knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and techniques
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong time management with ability to self-supervise tasks
- Spanish bilingual preferred but not required
