Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences using Opera property management system
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with housekeeping/ maintenance teams
- Process payments, manage reservations, and optimize room occupancy daily
- Execute upselling techniques for premium rooms and hotel amenities
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Collaborate with concierge team to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Participate in daily shift briefings and maintain lobby standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year luxury hotel front desk experience required
- Proficiency in Opera property management system
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of San Antonio attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
