Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight hours
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations promptly
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with exceptional care
- Perform nightly reconciliation of financial transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational needs
- Complete detailed shift reports and document guest feedback
- Ensure lobby and common areas remain secure and pristine
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with PMS systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Excellent communication in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
