Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/check-out processes and personalized assistance
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with accuracy
- Address guest concerns promptly and coordinate with housekeeping/management teams
- Operate hotel management systems (PMS) and maintain detailed records
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions securely
- Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk environment at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and hotel software
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights/weekends/holidays
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
