- Maintain guest rooms and common areas to 5-star cleanliness standards
- Operate industrial-grade cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and safety guidelines
- Deliver exceptional guest service with a warm, professional demeanor
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to meet daily room quotas
- Complete detailed room inspections before guest arrival
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid AZ driver's license (for supply runs)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to our central Phoenix location
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
