Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our property management system (PMS).
  • Manage incoming reservations and phone calls with professionalism, ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously to ensure high satisfaction scores.
  • Assist with concierge services, including restaurant reservations, local transportation, and activity bookings.
  • Maintain the front desk area in pristine condition, ensuring all lobby amenities are stocked and organized.

Qualifications
