Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to all guests and visitors entering the facility.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Manage the front desk switchboard and handle visitor registration and check-in processes.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for staff and management efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on satisfaction and problem resolution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and available to work flexible shifts including weekends.
