Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, checking them in and out efficiently using our property management system.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with empathy and professionalism to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Process payments accurately and maintain the front desk area to ensure a tidy and professional appearance.
- Assist with reservations, room assignments, and special requests to personalize the guest stay.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest comfort.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly, acting as a primary point of contact for guests and vendors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior hospitality experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish/Chinese) are highly desirable for our San Francisco location.
