Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using property management systems
- Manage reservations and optimize room allocation
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly

Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with PMS systems (e.g., Opera, RainMaker)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
